American Heritage Lending, LLC located in Irvine CA is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Manager who will be working remotely to manage mortgage loan files.

Position Overview:
Our Junior Account Managers are responsible for managing loan files in our internal systems and obtaining information needed to assist other Processing team members in completing a file in order to achieve final approval from internal and investor underwriting departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Junior Account Managers are required to effectively manage and maintain a pipeline of 25+ loans.
- Communicate documentation requirements, status and potential issues to all parties related to the loan transaction.
- Provide status reports to all parties related to the loan transaction.
- Ensure the Loan Origination System is accurate and up to date at all times throughout the loan transaction.
- Review loan related documents for accuracy and credit worthiness within a time frame established by management.
- Review and communicate initial and final loan approval notifications within a time frame established by management.
- Establish a professional relationship and good rapport with all parties related to the loan transaction.
Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience as a Junior Account Manager or Processor.
- Working knowledge of processing loans for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA as well as Non-QM, Fix & flip, Hard Money and Bridge loans helpful.
- Experience with TRID.
- Generating initial disclosures.
- Ability to manage time sensitive material and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a high production environment.
- Highly detailed and organized with ability to multi-task.
- Effective communication skills.
- Creative thinking to find the appropriate or alternative programs for unique situations.
- Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows, Encompass).
