Junior Mortgage Loan Officer

Our entry-level role is a Jr Mortgage Loan Officers 
 
American Heritage Lending, LLC located in Irvine, CA is experiencing tremendous growth.  We are looking for results-oriented Junior Loan Officers who can generate new business/referrals and assist our Senior Loan Officers in creating and closing loan packages.  If you enjoy building relationships, getting results, are driven, and love a fast-paced career, then this is the opportunity for you. 
 
 Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: 
  • Take and make calls generated from our Best in Class Marketing Machine provides a strong pool of leads to call
  • Consult with potential loan applicants – answer questions and provide additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships
  • Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility
  • Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities
  • Work in an Office on a team and accelerate your learning
 Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):  
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s is preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales- related experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Mortgage product knowledge is helpful but not required
  • A self-starter who is driven to perform consistently at a very high level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.  LOS system is Encompass
